When you order has been packed you will receive an email to let you know that it is ready for collection.
Please use the contact details on this email in advance of your preferred collection time to ensure you do not have a wasted journey. Where possible we are happy to accept collections at your convenience with prior notice.

WHAT IS IT?
We provide a drop box service here at Soulful Soaps. This means that you can take advantage of our weekly restocks and offers by ordering all your lovely goodies at different times. We will store them safely, then when you are ready, we will ship them to you all together for only one delivery cost.
Please note that open drop boxes will automatically be closed every 3 months. This is because we want you to receive your items in their very best condition and many of our products do have a shelf life. Don't worry though, if you have managed to resist receiving all of your goodies for 3 months (we think this seems unlikely), we will always contact you to discuss your orders before we invoice.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All you have to do is select the "Open/Add to Drop Box" option at checkout and we will do the rest. You can add as many orders as you want to your Drop Box. When you are ready to place your final order, choose "Close Drop Box" at checkout. Alteratively, drop us a message and we can close it for you at any time.
HOW DO I GET MY STUFF?
Once you have let us know, we will pack your orders and weigh your parcel then invoice you for postage. Closed drop boxes will always be sent by courier. Orders will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Please note, if paying the postage via Paypal, a surcharge of 50p will be added to postage invoices to cover Paypal Goods and Service fees. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer or Paypal Friends and Family in which case, this additional fee will be waived. All payment information wil be provided with the invoice.
You will not be charged for packaging for a drop box order.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We carefully package our items to minimise breakages. Occasionally, due to their delicate nature, bath bombs may arrive slightly damaged. This does not effect their use but we do appreciate that often, our products are purchased as gifts and if that is the case please contact us with photographs to discuss their return. Damaged items will need to be carefully repackaged and returned at your own expense. Once we have received the items back to us we will issue a refund within 14 days. If your item arrives badly damaged but you are happy to keep it, please get in touch with photographs and we will be happy to provide you with a discount code for your next purchase.
DAMAGED ORDERS: If your order arrives and the box is visibly damaged, we ask that you please take photographs of the damage before opening the box in order that we can contact the relevant courier as soon as possible. Damaged orders must be reported within 7 days and returned to us at your own expense within 14 days for a full refund.
*Please note that we cannot accept any returned products that have been used and are not in their arrival condition.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Due to the festive period we are experiencing a higher volume of orders and have increased our lead times temporarily.
